Brouard Architects delivered a series of refurbishment projects across Guy’s and St
Thomas’ Hospitals. At Guy’s Hospital, this included implementing the hospital’s
wayfinding system in the main entrance and lift lobby areas, alongside the replacement of the adjacent main fire doors. At St Thomas’ Hospital, works included the basement corridor leading to the PET Centre, as well as the third-floor corridor and toilet block.

The projects were delivered from brief to completion, encompassing design, working
drawings, scope of work documentation, sanitary schedules, and contract administration, ensuring that each refurbishment was carefully coordinated and fully compliant with operational requirements.
