Project Outline

Brouard Architects undertook the feasibility study for a world-leading centre dedicated to the research and treatment of nervous system diseases. The 5,900 m² project comprised laboratories, offices, and teaching facilities arranged in two distinct volumes connected by a glazed atrium, which served as a central circulation spine.

The study included comprehensive feasibility analysis and a 3D model to explore spatial, functional, and operational strategies. The project established a clear framework for a cutting-edge clinical and research environment, emphasizing connectivity, collaboration, and future adaptability.
